Chef Jeff stands as a master of the delicate art of tempura. Previously from Tenshin and Mizuki, Chef Jeff has dedicated more than 16 years to perfecting the craft of this revered Japanese culinary technique. Trained under Chef Hideaki Onodera from Tokyo Japan, the tutelage of esteemed tempura masters. Chef Jeff has honed a unique skill set that blends traditional tempura methods with a modern, innovative touch.
